To CHANGE or CANCEL an ORDER

You have the option to edit or remove item(s) from the shopping cart. Click on the
"View Cart" at the top of the navigation bar. We keep your shopping cart for up to 12 hours.
As we cannot guarantee stocks availability due to demand and supply, we will let you know if the item is no longer available
or will be delayed.
We also reserve the right to limit quantities based on merchandise availability.
To CHANGE or CANCEL an ORDER
Change or cancel quantity of an item
While you are still shopping or during checkout, you can change the quantity of the item by changing the "quantity" field on the product you intend to change.

TRACKING NUMBER
All parcels are shipped by EMS (Express Mail Service) with tracking number and insurance.
For countries where EMS is not available, Air mail with tracking number and insurance will be used instead.
You can check your tracking number from the Contact Board.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
When purchasing products, all items shipped overseas from Japan will be handled as “EMS (Express Mail Service)”.
However, the Temporary Measures Act (restrictions on aircraft takeoff and landing) may be applied at the destination due to
terrorist attacks,
conflict in the area, earthquakes and disasters, accidents, etc.
If there are news of such events occurring, please check your country’s EMS website whether the items can be shipped or not
before shopping on this website.

Showa Nankai Earthquake
Off the coast of Kochi Prefecture, trench earthquakes occur with a cycle of about 100 years. Most recently,
it occurred on December 21, 1946 at 4:19 am. The magnitude of the earthquake was 8.0, and a tsunami of 4m to 6m
rushed to the coast of Kochi prefecture.
679 people were casualty, 1,836 people were injured, and 4,846 homes were completely destroyed or washed away
due to the great shaking and tsunami caused by this earthquake.
